Prices and Terms

GuitarsFirst.com cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product or price contained in price lists or on our website. Due to digital limitations colors on the internet images might appear different than the real product color.

GuitarsFirst.com will endeavor to ship all orders within 5-7 business days, Sep.-Dec. up to 10 business days. However, should situations result in delays or non-delivery, GuitarsFirst.com will not be held liable.

GuitarFirst.com must be notified within four days of reciept of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced.

All returns must include a prior Return Authorization Number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

You are responsible for all frieght charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of GuitarsFirst.com.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be reponsible for damage caused by the frieght carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee below.

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, workmanship, return in unused condition in original packaging and carton within five days for exchange or credit.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

This policy applies only to products that are processed by GuitarsFirst.com. Affiliate products carry their own specific shipping and return policies and it is recommended that their policies be read and understood before ordering.
